For oil-rubbed copper, weathered copper and brass finishes, slight variations may occur from shade to shade.
Copper and brass fixtures have a longer lead time and may take up to 4 weeks to manufacture. There are no returns accepted on these metals.
Copper is a "living" metal that, without regular cleaning, will undergo a natural weathering process. Much like the formation of rust on iron, a patina develops on copper which actually protects the metal. If you prefer the new-penny look of copper, you can keep it shiny with regular care with a gentle cleaning agent such as Bar Keepers Friend.

Finish Care & Maintenance
No metal fixture, no matter the finish, is guaranteed against corrosion especially in salt air environments. If your fixture is installed in a location near salt water, we recommend cleaning it frequently.
If your fixture is not installed in a location near salt water, we recommend periodic cleaning with a mild soap-and-water wash and gentle buffing to extend the life of our painted finishes.

Love these lights! These lights give our deck a unique look! The quality is great and love that they are made in the US! Oh, by the way, the pictures on this page are from the installation in my back yard! Even the contractor who resurfaced our deck fell in love with these fixtures and has shared pictures and the Barn Light name with his customers.
