Drum Schoolhouse Glass
Broken light fixture? Or just want to upgrade your old schoolhouse shade with a new look? Try one of our replacement globes available in both clear and opaque glass. You can customize this drum-shaped glass with hand-painted bands of color in several patterns.Â
Schoolhouse shades bring vintage style to any room and the addition of the colored bands gives these fixtures an updated look. Bring a whole new vibe to your space with a brand new schoolhouse shade!

- White painted band(s) not recommended if Opaque Glass is selected, as it blends into the glass.
- Please Note:Â The single band style has a silver border outlining the chosen finish.
- If using with a non-Barn Light Electric fixture, this glass will require a fitter at least 6" wide and ¾" long screws.

Schoolhouse Globes
Schoolhouse globes with painted bands should be gently cleaned with a damp, soft cloth. Globes with painted bands should not be immersed in water or rinsed under running water. To protect the glass and painted bands, avoid alcohol-based and abrasive cleaners.

Lead Times & Returns
Lead Time: Standard lead time is 8-10 weeks. Products utilizing natural metals, including brass and copper, may take an additional 3-4 weeks to manufacture beyond the standard lead time.

Finish Care & Maintenance
No metal fixture, no matter the finish, is guaranteed against corrosion especially in salt air environments. If your fixture is installed in a location near salt water, we recommend cleaning it frequently.
If your fixture is not installed in a location near salt water, we recommend periodic cleaning with a mild soap-and-water wash and gentle buffing to extend the life of our painted finishes.
